Ingredients you’ll need to make your own natural skincare products.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours researching ingredients for use in skincare products, breaking it down into this list of easy-to-find ingredients that won’t break the bank yet will contain important and beneficial skincare properties.
Don’t let this big list of ingredients scare you! With just a few simple ingredients – many that you already have in your own kitchen – you can make a variety of skincare products. Read my book for more information about “The Important Four” ingredients.
Our skincare recipe book describes the benefits of each of these ingredients in depth. Remember: as much as possible you should purchase ingredients that are organic, raw, unrefIned, GMO-free, and sustainably sourced from vendors who do not exploit or abuse workers in the harvesting and manufacturing process. They WILL cost a little more, but the benefits are ten-fold. For some ingredients, you simply will not get the same results if they are over-processed or full of chemicals.

Tools & Supplies
I’m going to be honest with you, many of the tools you will need you can pick up fairly cheap at a department store or dollar store. You can also reuse glass jars from other household items to store your products. I’ve still included links below to purchase online, but I’d recommended checking store prices first. Remember, try to only use glass, not plastic, to store your skincare products.
